With the highest level of care, privacy and protection we ensure that our patients get cosmetic procedures according to their demands and desires. With our expert medical team, we give you incredible outcomes with the highest service quality. For our patients, we are offering different facilities so that they can receive their treatment at ease and with total comfort.

We have made a patient policy in which safety, patient care, and privacy of the patients are the main concern. In our policy, it is made clear that our patients will be aware of the treatments as well as the facilities we are providing. This patient policy is equally applicable to every patient regardless of gender, age, and beliefs.

Purpose of this Patient Policy:

  • To make clear rules between the patients and the clinic
  • For the highest care, privacy, and security of the patients
  • It tells the responsibilities of the clinic to their patients
  • The aim is to provide satisfaction to patients
  • Clears the rights and duties of the patient

Our Policy:

Patient Care:

For the safety of our patients, the medical staff will first conduct medical examinations so that they can provide the best possible treatment. Patients are told about the process details, results, and risks before. Sterile tools and medical equipment are used to minimize the side effects as well as aftercare is provided.

Rights and Responsibilities:

Our patients have the complete right to refuse treatment if they do not feel safe about it. The facilities, treatments and risks are all mentioned in the consent form which the patient has to sign before undergoing the procedure.

Consent Form:

A patient will sign a consent form before the procedure which will make sure that the patient is agreed to the treatment after knowing all the details about it. In the form, all the risks, outcomes, and side effects of the procedure are written.

Medical Photos of the Patient:

We know that the medical images of the patient are their property and can not be used without their consent. Using their photos can be a risk so we always take pictures of our patients of their choice and we only upload them on the website if they want us to upload otherwise the photographs are kept in the medical record only.

Treatment Refusal:

We tell our patients the details about the procedure including the risks and the expected results of the treatment. If you do not consider a procedure safe or you are not comfortable with it then you have all the right to refuse the treatment. If you are confused to choose a particular treatment for your self we can help you with this.

Medical Logs:

Medical records of the patient are also kept private. The records include the medical test reports, the history of the patients, and the medicines the patient used. The medical files and logs will only be given to the close individuals of the patient and after the use of that medical records for a particular time they are then disposed of.

Confidentiality:

We take care of the privacy of our patients and do not share their data with anyone. This information is safe with us and is kept confidential. When the patient approves, only then the information is shared with the relative or friend.

Under 18:

For those under 18 years, we do not have our services, as it can be risky for them to get cosmetic procedures.

Additional Policy Points:

  • Patients can ask for the skills and education of the doctor before going for the procedure
